By accessing or using VeloLedger (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeloLedger provides tools to record and track projects, milestones, receipts, sales, expenses, and related financial information. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Uploading harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment providers. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds, where offered, are handled according to our stated refund policy.

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

7. Disclaimers

VeloLedger is a record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and for any decisions made based on them. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
